Periodic review of on-site security personnel performance and adherence to the security plan. Surprise field visits by supervisors to verify discipline, appearance, and readiness. Regular (daily/weekly) follow-up reports covering any observations or risks. Updating the security plan in coordination with the client whenever the site's needs change.
